A day at our Primary School

School Day:
Classes: 9:00am to 3:15pm

School subjects:
English, German and Mathematics are taught daily. Integrated Studies covers a wide range of subject areas that are taught in all year levels such as Science, Geography, History, Health, Indigenous Culture, and Civics and Citizenship. All these subject areas are covered through hands on experiences including experiments, excursions and explorations. Art and Music classes are part of the timetable on two days during the week. Physical Education is taught two to three times per week.

Recess:
Snack break: 10:30am to 11:00am
Lunch starts: 12:30pm to 1:30pm
Students bring their own snack and lunch. The school endorses healthy eating habits and a balanced diet.

Optional:

DSM OSHC Service (before school care service): 7:00am to 9:00am

DSM OSHC Service (after school care service): 3:30pm to 6:00pm

Extra-curricular activities after school:
Chess, Soccer, Circus, Uni Cycle, Choir

Instrumental lessons during school hours:
Piano, Ukulele, Guitar, Trumpet, Drums & Woodwind instruments
