If your child/-ren can't attend school, please notify as as soon as possible by sending an email to absences@dsm.org.au.
Please use the following DSM School Wear Order Form to order school wear items for your child/-ren.
If you wish to apply for an exemption from school attendance for your child/-ren, please use the Application for Student Absences Form.
